Mindful Mountain Incorporated is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit mental health organization dedicated to creating supportive, stigma-free environments for individuals and organizations. We provide accessible mental health services, engaging workshops, and community initiatives that foster mindfulness, resilience, and overall well-being. 

Our mission is rooted in collaboration and empowerment. By volunteering, forming community partnerships, or engaging with our programs online, supporters help us advance a more MINDful approach to mental health. 

At Mindful Mountain, we are committed to uplifting mental health, dismantling stigma, and equipping every individual and community with the tools to live a fuller, healthier life.

Founder Spotlight

Alauna Christian is a psychiatric nurse practitioner, mental health advocate, and founder of Mindful Mountain Inc. She understands the challenges individuals and communities face when navigating mental health systems. Her work is grounded in experience with psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and trauma-informed care.
 

Passionate about breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness, Alauna founded Mindful Mountain to provide a safe space for education, connection, and empowerment. Her work emphasizes culturally responsive, evidence-based approaches that meet people where they are—whether as individuals, families, or communities.
